Not sure if it helps.
I did my research and thought I'd try this, and wanted it as a single herbal supplement instead of mixed with others, so I could tell if it made any difference to my hormonal health or not. To be honest, I don't know, and that's after one bottle. I don't understand why they put so many fillers with it, not keen on that, but couldn't find another source.
