Excellent. Makes my vac feel new again. Expensive though but prior to purchase I ordered a copy one. It was awful. Sent it straight back. Don’t cut corners when you have a Dyson. Buy Dyson parts.

Buying direct from Dyson has never been easier. I found this on the Dyson store on Amazon after the Hoover head wasn't in stock on their main site. It's perfect and it's the same exact head for the V15 so it's worth the money and with Prime delivery I wasn't waiting long.

Quality product. Original Product. Comes in a Dyson box. The High Torque text in the image is missing from actual item, however it is the correct item. Dyson direct had none in stock.

Needed to replace the brush head. Did the job.

I needed to replace my original Hoover head, which unfortunately broke down. Although it was a bit expensive, it restored my Hoover to its original condition. Since it is an original part, there were no issues with the fit. I just hope it does not break down like the old one did.

No problems with product or delivery

Purchased in March and lasted 5months before the wheel fell apart and was not possible to fit back on. Tried to contact to get a replacement from spares to go but went round in circles as surely should have 12months warranty like Dyson as sold as genuine Dyson. Finally and painfully got through to Amazon who have agreed to refund it after sending to them. Purchased direct from Dyson for £10 more as you get the reassurance of the warranty. Shocking service from Spares 2 go. Even rang and emailed them direct and their reply was I can only deal with them through Amazon which was impossible.

The original head on my v8 animal was for hard floors and unsuitable to clean the carpets. The high torque motorhead was delivered quickly and happy to confirm works very well both on hard surfaces and carpets. I dont' use the former head anymore as this one is adjustable.
