I ordered this product to try it out and see if it really offered the benefits it claims. I’ve been taking for 5 days now in the morning on an empty stomach. The taste is as described, not very good but it is tolerable with a cup of coffee to chase it down with. The first day I found myself exhausted and could barely stay awake. After the third day I did notice I had a little more energy than usual and I was sleeping better with longer deeper sleep and waking up refreshed. I have bad skin a have noticed that too has been clearing up. I am on day 5 I will up date this review after 2 weeks, and then again at 1 month. So far it seems to be doing what it claims so I will continue until 1 month to see the ultimate outcome. So I took in the morning for a little over a month and will say I do feel the difference. I have more energy and stamina. I will continue for another month and update again

Taste great and works good

So this is the first time I’ve tried Shilajit so I’m not sure what to expect. I’m only giving 4 stars as I’m only 4 days in. So to start packaging was great! I received extra sticks which was a plus! It was a little hard to open (at first) but that’s because of the resin. Once opened I got an earthy smell which is to be expected. Most will not like but luckily dealing with gross things daily it didn’t bother me. My first dose was taken at night as I couldn’t wait until the morning. I simply scooped a little out and dissolved under my tongue. The taste wasn’t great but again it’s to be expected. After about 30 minutes an entire body calm came over me. Slept about 6-7 hours and it was the best sleep of my life. The second dose I took upon wakening by dissolving in my coffee (much better way) and I may have taken too much (600mg) as I felt fatigued for most of the day. My 3rd dose which was the very next day was the 300mg dose and I felt great. Not sure how to explain it but I’m calmly energized.. I’m not stressed I’m not running at the speed of light but I feel great. Not sure what to expect with this product but hopefully the seller can comment on whether this is normal or not. Overall I like it and I will be purchasing again!

This shilajit resin by Sennasi really is a superfood and elixir of life the more I think about it. I do not feel the "suggested" amount of shilajit on the small wooden spoons is anywhere close to the amount you should be taking though, as I have been doubling/tripling that amount and using a large glob 3x the suggested size to get results of: focused energy with no crash, jumpstarting libido to very high levels of desire, improved vascularity in your body, improved pump at the gym when exercising (more sets/stamina to go go). I also see cleaner younger look of my skin on my face and you feel an overall "glow" of your aura/energy and desire to grab life by the horns. As I said, I think you need to use alot more than the suggested dose, as I went through the 4 pack of 1oz containers (4oz) in about 10-13 days. This stuff works, but is a little pricy, and worth it if you are sick of taking pills and supplements with little results.

One bottle was empty and the other one was watered down will not be ordering this crap no more. It’s a rip off. Don’t do it. I’ve been ordering the stuff for by two years or more now it’s been usually good. This order an empty bottle and wanted almost as thin as water that stuff cast like 80 $90. No, I ain’t doing that again.

So this product worked great for me immediately. I put a little bit under the tongue and immediately I felt more energy... The only thing that I noticed that I had to be careful with was that after taking it for a couple days it increased my appetite and also lowered my blood sugar.. The part about lowering my blood sugar was not a bad thing it's just that I have to be careful so now I take it like every other day.. quite frankly I like the taste and like I said it had immediate effect with me and I purchased it several times. If anything I have to be careful with the dose because I'll have too much energy... If that's possible...
