Hartman Atrauman Dressings, 7.5x10cm, Box of 50

Have been trying to find this product since my dad let my partner use one for one of her daughter's when she had an minor accident falling over a couple of years ago. Saw these, the name range a bell, so purchased on the off chance and they are the ones we used before. They are ideal for wounds don't need to dry out because of the ointment based dressing and they seem to help drag out any dirt or muck that is in the wound so help keep it clean. My partner keeps ripping the skin on her heels because it has dried out, one of these, a cotton square (used for makeup removal) and a bit of micropore to keep it in place. My partner is happy.

so good to be able to buy these on Amazon's site. They are the best wound dressings available. Originally they were given to us by the local hospital, but as time went on and the wound didn't heal the NHS said we had to find our own dressings. They are very cleverly packaged and without doubt superior to other brand; worth any extra cost. Had we known about these when the wound originally happened I am sure it would have healed by now.

I can not recommend these enough. I was gifted some by a friend when my son cut his leg quite badly and was so impressed that I now keep a stock of them in my first aid kit. They cover the wound without sticking to it so they are super easy to remove for cleaning and re-dressing.

Recommended for husband's ulcerated leg. Perfect size for dressing wound and has been helpful in aiding healing process.

I obtained Atrauman dressings for a relative who has a long history of leg ulceration. As they had been previously used by District Nurses we thought we should reintroduce them. They are easy to apply and comfortable for the patient with no need of frequent changes. We can already see some improvements with the wound bed looking healthy. I would certainly recommend this product.

I have to use the dressings on my legs. I used to get them via the hospital nurse but we dress my legs ourselves at home now. I can get them on the NHS via the doctor but there is always an inquest & only get a few at a time. So we buy them ourselves

this is my second pack the first pack was nice and moist this second pack was as dry as old sticks. will try again BUT will not buy again if they are dry will return and try else where

These are excellent dressings to keep a wound moist, healing well and not in contact with the outer dressing or bandage so dressing changes are pain free. They do not stick to the wound, are mouldable, several can be used to cover a large wound. They are excellent value for money.
