I’ve been using this lock for over three years now, and it’s been great — strong, durable, and reliable. When I first bought it, I had the same issue many customers mentioned: the key sometimes got jammed. I learned to wiggle it slightly, and it would open fine. After a few months, it got worse, so I cleaned it with WD-40 and added a little oil — since then, it’s worked perfectly. It does rattle a little bit and make some noise when I ride, but that doesn’t really bother me. As long as it’s strong and durable, I’m happy! It’s been mostly kept outdoors, exposed to rain and harsh weather, yet it’s still in great condition. For the price, the quality is excellent. I’d definitely recommend it and would buy it again.

Immediately the product looks and feels strong and well made. It goes deeper, not only does the solid design reassure you that the lock is going to keep your bike (or whatever you want to protect) safe, it has a high quality finish that feels almost like you've treated yourself to something more expensive. The long cable is a brilliant extra. Again, it feels just as high quality. You can use the lock with or without the cable, depending on your needs. It comes with several spare keys. Some other brands supply a key with a light to make it easier to navigate the lock in the dark, which is not a feature on this particular product. Perhaps the manufacturer could consider adding this. Otherwise I can't think of further improvements. To conclude, this is a high quality product that is well worth the money. I have no regrets whatsoever about making this purchase.

The lock is a extremely good can can definitely stand items used to break it. It comes with a very durable wire too to go around the wheels which prevent wheel theft too. I can't comprehend how great this is to other U- lock's out there because this can seriously stand a lot of damage to it. Unfortunately the only down side is the clamp with it that's used to hold the lock on the bike is very specific to certain bikes. I use a Carrera Kraken and unfortunately, the thing used to mount the lock can only be mounted on the bottom bar which causes the brakes to be unturned and the U lock to block my peddling path. Besides that, you can always feel satisfied leaving your bike in public while locked.

The lock itself is very sturdy and secure, with weather protection for the keyhole. And unlike many other bike locks I have had, the fitting to secure the lock onto the bike frame is great - easy to fit and the way the lock is inserted and removed from the fitting is very smooth and effective. There was a minor problem with the initial delivery (no problem with the product itself) and when I notified the company they dealt with it incredibly quickly and efficiently - really impressive customer service.

Easy to lock, it fiddly to find somewhere to mount the storage bracket on the bike where it doesn't interfere with anything else. Had to remove the bracket for the water bottle,that might just be my bike. Nice length cable that comes with it,although you might need a bag to put it in, doesn't store well on the bracket. Once storage bracket is on the bike, lock is easy to attach and remove,nice safety catch to hold lock in place! All in all a pretty good piece of kit!

Buena calidad y seguridad para la bicicleta. Al montarlo en el cuadro suena con el movimiento al andar pero a mí me sirve para que los peatones me escuchen : ) El cable excelente para asegurar ambas ruedas. No necesité gastar en un ULock de gama alta. Recomendado!

The lock for the price is a great buy, it is sturdy, and the added bonus cable at 1.8m is a great addition to secure my front wheel in high-risk areas. What is great you have peace of mind by using a QR code to register your key number to order keys if you lose the two you get with it. The bracket is perfect to secure it in place for quick release. I highly recommend. An amazing lock, sturdy, and the bracket to secure it is good too for quick easy release. Love the extra 1.8m cable to secure front wheel. The QR code to register key number in cazse you lose a key is good for piece of mind. Common sense applies if buying a lock for a really expensive bike, but this is great for my Hybrid Trek that is worth under $800. A good basic lock for everyday cycling.

自転車関係の商品もいろんなメーカーのいろんな商品があって、どれを買ったらよいかまったく分からなくなります。もうごく普通に使いたいだけなのに。そういう点で、この商品、ごく普通に使えました。特に鍵の周りが悪いとか、変に安っぽいとかなく、十分に使えております。値段以上だと思いますよ。中途半端な店頭に並んでいる妙に高い商品を選ぶくらいならこれを買ってみる方がよい。かなり強力におすすめ。最初は、ダメなら返品かなぁと正直すこし躊躇しましたが、買って良かった。
