This is the best gluten free pancake mix, high in protein and fiber, delicious! Directions call for half a cup of milk which makes a very thin batter; I recommend starting with less than that as more milk can always be added. They are excellent with blueberries!

I LOVE this pancake mix. Great flavor, not grainy like the low-carb mix, and they stay together super well. You literally would not be able to tell that they are gf! The only other mix that competes for flavor and texture is the King Arthur gf pancake mix... but this mix ultimately wins every time because of the protein. I personally like to eat them with added egg because I like them to turn out a bit fluffier and toastier rather than cakey, thin, and moist. To each their own. I love to add bananas or chocolate chips, and lately I have been making pumpkin pancakes by adding pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. They also do beautifully if you add buttermilk to them... buttermilk and eggs turn this mix into a decadent pancake that is better than any you'd get at a brunch restaurant. Can't rave enough. Bought 6 boxes like a month and a half ago if that tells you anything about how obsessed I am. 10 million/10 stars

We love this gluten-free pancake mix! With kids who have celiac, it’s sometimes tough to find good options at our local grocery stores, so we were happy to find this online. The pancakes come out fluffy and tasty, and everyone in the family enjoys them, even those who don’t need to eat gluten-free. Also works well when making waffles, muffins, etc. Highly recommend!

This Kodiak GF Flapjack and Waffle mix is pretty neutral-nice tasting...the only problem I had with it, is that it doesn't rise and is heavy. So I fixed it up a little by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Guar Gum per cup of Flapjack Mix and 1/8 teaspoon of Baking Powder per cup of Flapjack Mix...before storing it in a moth-proof plastic jug with a screw-top lid. Most Gluten-Free items need that extra boost to all its flours ...so it doesn't hurt to add it. It's also recommended to add 1/2 tsp. or 1 whole teaspoon of vinegar to the batter.

These Gluten Free Kodiak cakes taste great. I mix with egg and milk as suggested. This boosts the protein and the taste is wonderful. These cakes are nice and thin made this way which is the way we prefer pancakes.

I made banana bread with this using the recipe for banana nut muffins, and the taste and texture are excellent! My only recommendation is add vanilla, and potentially add a 3rd banana to give it a stronger banana taste. It was very easy to make, and I like the fact this has a good protein content. I recommend buying this in bulk for the best value for your money. I look forward to making pancakes and waffles with this soon!
