Works just as you'd expect.
Straightforward product that works well. I used this to split off a smaller section of dust collection hose from my main 4in line to a 2.5in line that leads to my miter saw. You obviously need hose clamps or tape to connect everything up, but this works well. The plastic seems thick and durable. Wish the price was just a touch lower since the price of all these different adapters in even a modest dust collection system really adds up, but otherwise good splitter.

My bandsaw has a 4 inch lower port and a 2 1/2 inch upper port,this was perfect to connect my dust collector to both dust ports.Collector has a 4 inch pipe added a short 2 1/2 inch flexible pipe from an old vacume cleaner to the upper works great.Had to get 2 4 inch clamps to connect to saw and collector pipe. I used the WEN clamps.

Good air flow
Good air flow for both 4" and 2½" hoses. Pretty sturdy. If you use a single dust collector for two different machines you need an air dam on both hoses, the 2½" and the 4".This diverter is good quality and a great price.

Works great to connect multiple dust collection ports together
This worked great for my router table. Allows me to connect both dust collection ports into one house. Helps make one of the dirtiest tools in the shop not so bad.

I installed this on my dust collector to split the suction between my cnc machine and a 4” hose. I added a couple of gates to control the flow and it works great.
