My 19yr old daughter has suffered TERRIBLY every month for over 6 years. She was a high-end athlete scholar and her period stopped her dead in her tracks once a month for 24hrs. Bedridden and in agonizing pain, she missed prom, tryouts, competitions, and countless other events due to her debilitating cramps - sometimes to the point of vomitting. I tried everything, including birth control. As I was stumbling through miracle cures, supplements, and anything else I got wind of, my sister found these and I added them to the list of things to try. The first time, she took them as suggested, days prior to her period. For the FIRST TIME SINCE HER PERIOD STARTED, she was not bedridden! The next month, she forgot and she was bedridden in pain. Over the last year, the months she takes them at least 3 days prior to her period starting, she is able to function through that worst 24hrs. The months she forgot or was lazy...disaster. Every time. If you've tried everything, you have nothing to lose trying this and seeing if it works for you!

It actually works. Much less pain. Not less bleeding though, as far as I've noticed. But then maybe i already have the "right amount" of bleeding. It's not going to work against your body.

I don't know how this product works so well. My period is usually miserable with cramps, irritability, mood swings and whatever that pain is where it feels like your undercarriage was punched lol. The dosage is two pills up to four times a day. I started taking these 2 days before my period and continued it through the worst 3 days in the beginning. I did not have ANY pain or mood issues. Bleeding was the same but it almost felt confusing bc no other usual symptoms were present. I hate that you have to take so many pills and this product being expensive for the dosage, but it's the only thing that works incredibly for me. Buying the 10 ct pack is almost pointless as it will only last you 2.5 days ugh. If you stuggle with period pain, TRY IT at least. Four stars just because of the price.

I took it at night and I felt the same pain. I will keep taking it during the day to see if it has other benefits.

Works!!! Bought this for my fiancee cause she can take most things and Midol didn't seem to be helping so we got this. She loves it. Says it seriously helps with the cramping and to even out the mood swings.

The ONLY thing that makes me heavy intense cramps actually go away and only once in using this for over a year, every month, have I had to do 4x a day! We call it Herbal Midol because it works so much better

I would not recommend these at all. I’ve experienced some of the most intense periods ever after taking these, heavy bleeding, clots that are abnormal for me, and worse camping than usual. I’m pretty bummed because I genuinely felt like it was helping me, mood-wise, but id rather be grumpy/ pissy than dying of horrible cramps lol…

Semaine PMS & Period Support is a fantastic product for anyone in perimenopause or who struggles just with the hard hormone change at that time of month.

Expensive but worth it!!! I have serious PMS mood swings and tend to be very agitated during this time. Since taking these I’ve been quite happy during my PMS. Never going anywhere without these again!

This pills works wonders!!! I have period cramps very bad until I fainted few times , and always feeling want to poop most of the time . I have checked with the specialist,she diagnosed me adenomyosis…End up myself in the toilet most of the time, can’t do my routine work without this pill. The cramps now seems no more , and I can just do my jobs normally without hassitation. Most importantly no need surgery!!!
