I’ve tried quite a few things for back and neck discomfort, and I was pleasantly surprised by this massager. The kneading feels strong enough to actually make a difference, rather than just vibrating on the surface. I especially like the heat—it makes the whole experience much more relaxing.I also like that I can position it in different areas depending on where I’m sore, including my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It’s convenient to use while sitting on the couch, and I don’t have to ask someone else to massage the knots out of my back.For the price, I think it was a great purchase. If you carry a lot of tension in your neck, shoulders, or back and like a fairly deep massage, this is definitely worth trying.

This massager really helps with my shoulder blade muscle knots. The heat adds a nice touch. I’ve used on my upper and lower back, hamstrings, calves and even my hands. The nodes hit a spot on my hands (base of the thumb) that feels tender when massaged, but feels better afterwards. Also, the best customer service I’ve experienced on Amazon. Very responsive, amazing follow up, quick with replies. They care about their customers!

tldr: Adjustability consists of moving it around. It's got two sets of "fingers"; each moves in a circle. Changing the adjustable setting makes it run faster or slower, and the mode setting adds pauses of varying length in the kneading cycle. The heat is minimal, but helpful. Depth of the kneading is not adjustable, other than leaning on it less or more. It does work for what we need.more infos:Bought one for my mom and myself to share, and after using it for a bit myself, I had one piece of advise for mom: do NOT lean hard until you figure out how it works! It is *intense*. Not sure why the pictures show people lying down on it. If you lie down on it, it will be way too intense, IMO, and will wear out quickly.If you place it against the chair, and lean on it according to how deeply you'd like it to work, then it works very well. I move it up and down as needed, flipping it so the massage fingers are on the lower end to address low back issues, and it works very well, so far.It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, moving it every 2-3 minutes, to treat my whole back, and a couple more if i want to spend the time on my neck area. I haven't used it on anything other than the spinal area of my back (center only) and neck, so I'm not sure how well it would work on any other areas.We have an outlet within 5 feet of the recliner where we use it, so the cord length is not a problem for us, but keep that in mind, if it concerns you.

does what it says, you can position it to massage pretty much wherever you like. And it’s better than hand held massage machines which is tiring for the arm and don’t let you relax completely. Motor power is amazing, it moves smooth no matter how much weight is on it. Good heat, all the necessary settings.. I love it ❤️

This is exactly what I needed in my life. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on massages that were garbage. I wish I had this machine/contraption/massager years ago.The mechanisms itself is perfect.I can manipulate it as needed to fit whether I want it centered on my neck, trapezius muscles, or shoulders.The warmth it provides it provides is perfect; not too hot, not too cold.I plug it in and away we go- so easy to use.I’m not going to lie- I’ve probably used this for hours and hours and I’ve only had it two days.I can use it laying down or sitting upright in my work chair.It has provided immense relief of tight muscles.I hope this works for a long time. Will update after using for a longer period of time.So far - very good!!

Best thing I’ve ever bought!!! I always have really tight and knotted shoulders, and my neck gets tense from staring at screens all night for work, or looking down at my 3 year old all day lol. This thing’s motor doesn’t quit no matter how much pressure I put on the kneaders, so I can really dig in as much as I need to. I’m also shocked at how versatile it is. I can flip it around to get a specific spot if I need to. Also works well on legs!Any time my husband comes up behind me for a quick cute shoulder rub, I normally wince because even a bit of pressure normally hurts too much they’re so sore. Since I’ve been using this, he can squeeze away and it doesn’t hurt anymore!!! Crazy how tight my shoulders were before this. I use it every night.Once I was even getting one sided goosebumps on my left arm partially, I think from a compressed nerve. Happened for weeks. Has not happened ever since I used this for the first time.Long, but I love this thing!!!!!

I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

I’ve been using this neck and back massager and overall I’m very happy with it. It really helps relieve back and neck discomfort, and I especially like the heat function.I’m 5’2”, and I feel like the massager might fit someone with a broader or larger back a little better. On me, the massage points don’t always line up exactly with the areas of my neck and back where I need them most.I also wish it had one more intensity level. Sometimes the massage feels a little too gentle for me, especially when I want a deeper massage. My other suggestion would be to make it longer so it covers more of the back. The heat feels very nice, but because of the size, it doesn’t reach as much of my back as I would like.Even with those small drawbacks, it is a very good massager and it has definitely helped me with back discomfort. I would recommend it, especially if you enjoy a gentler massage with heat.

Este masajeador es una de las mejores compras que he hecho, me ha ayudado mucho a relajarme y descontracturarme especialmente en la zona de cuello y hombros, pero también en toda la espalda. Ahora mi hermana y una amiga van a comprarlo pues se los enseñe y en verdad parece que te están dando un masaje. Lo mejor es que es muy cómodo y lo uso mientras veo la televisión, ademas se apaga automáticamente a los 15 minutos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
