I bought a lodge skillet which was so utterly useless I disposed of it. How can I know this will deliver?

It’s good to do some research before you start cooking with lodge Skillets. Do some reading and look at specific recipes for cast-iron. Once you become accustomed to the cast-iron ways...the seasoning, The wide variety of recipes that you can use, you may become hooked on it and will never go back to normal skillets. I like the fact that I can sauté steam bake on the stove top or in the oven with lodge products.
