These are definitely waterproof with an incontinence pad. So a loved one says. Good quality too. Not ripped so far! Although steep in price (£11+ per one of the 2 items) considering its similar material to a fold away shopping carrier bag. Basically like nappy pants from the 80's for babies.

I was a bit sceptical about paying £11 per pair for these pants . I received them yesterday and tried them for the first time last night. My goodness how good are they. I would strongly recommend them . I didn't need a bed pad which will save me a lot of money. They performed exceptionally well and were not hot and sweaty. Very very good product.

Disgustingly expensive for plastic pants. Also come up very large.

These are very comfortable to wear,nice and soft yet still waterproof. Easy to wash out. Would definitely buy again

Hi received parcel outside package no damage but one of the pant is damaged as other one is ok, see in picture I sent. What to do please. I'm deaf lady as this is for my brother.

OK ,so no one wants to wear these things, but if you need them as I do at the moment, I find them the best option. Yes, they do make a little noise, but that can be minimized by wearing ordinary underwear over them. There is plenty of room for pads...they actually LOOK huge, but they do hold all moisture in. A bit sweaty at night, but much better than a wet bed.

Got these for after a procedure I had. Put over incontinence pants. The pants were damp and inside these were damp too.

Habe schon länger immer wieder diese Gummihosen für meinen Mann bestellt immer zufrieden Jetzt habe ich auch welche bestellt für Damen sind gestern gekommen viel zu klein ! Hab jetzt die gleichen wie meinen Mann Mal probiert passt super daß ich das nicht Früher bemerkt habe Heute die Damen zurückgeschickt und auch gleich die Herren bestellt. They are gigantic have soft edges so are comfy. Are thin with a slight crinkle when moving.

tres bien, confortable et peu de bruit. Acheté pour une demoiselle handicapé et elle les supporte tres bien . J'avais éssayé un autre modèle et la qualité était moins bonne et faisiat trop de bruit elle ne les supportait pas. Je recommande donc fortement celle ci !!
