This makes it especially useful for anyone running aftermarket carbs or tuning modified engines. Build quality: All jets appear to be well-machined brass, with clean threads and clearly stamped size markings that are easy to read. Threads fit smoothly with no cross-threading or burrs. The pilot jets have clean, evenly drilled orifices, which is critical for consistent idle and low-throttle performance. Performance: After testing multiple jet sizes, throttle response noticeably improved, idle became more stable, and mid-range hesitation was eliminated. The sizing appears accurate, and changes between jets produced predictable, repeatable results—exactly what you want when tuning.
