Do you need to use additional magnet put on you case or that can be used even without a case on the iPhone 12 Pro?

iPhone 12 Pro has MagSafe built inside so you don’t need a case, it will work without one. If you do use a case get a MagSafe case as I don’t know if the magnets will be strong enough through a standard case

Will it work on 4 series BMW?

Yes it will work on any car with the air vents

how do I assemble this ? The two don’t fit together ?

Unscrew the large nut to extend the hook. I found hooking the vent blade nearest the edge stops flopping about. Tighten the big nut firmly. Loosen the small nut until the ball can be pushed into the cupped holder and tighten the smaller nut to position the magnetic holder.
