As usual the package arrived quickly and was well packed, I didn't expect anything else, THANKS AMAZON PRIME. The speakers are very well built, the jack cable sits neatly in the bottom of the speakers until they are needed. When packed down the magnet base holds the speakers together well so they sit nicely in the carry case provided. The charger cable is useful as it also has an audio jack feed so you can charge and play at the same time. The sound quality for 2 little speakers is great, I have used them in work for 4 hours straight with no difficulty. The batteries still had loads of charge when I got home from work. Simple on off switch operation makes these ideal for people of all ages as there is no pesky blue tooth that you have to explain to Grandma! The best bit about these speakers is there doesn't seem to be a limit on how many you can link together. These are ideal for anyone wanting music louder than your I-Phone can cope with, perfect for the beach and camping or like me for work. GREAT PRODUCT

I have had my previous X-mini for I don't know how many years - maybe around 6 - and it has travelled to many countries and survived fairly rough conditions. It always belted out a great bass and volume for its diminutive size. So I continued with the brand when the cable finally started to get loose and break the connection unless positioned very specifically. These X-mini duo give an equally excellent sound and bass, great volume with the benefit of a stereo-ish sound when placed together facing in opposite directions. The finish is smooth plastic, not the rubbery texture of the single which made it feel all-terrain, so I am hoping they will withstand as much as my last speaker. Sadly - warning! - they have no volume control and must be controlled from the sound device plugged in. When sat on the desk, separately or joined, they are great. When joined by their magnetic bases facing in opposite directions for stereo sound, the set-up is a little strange - there is no 'base' for them to sit, they simply sit a little awkwardly like a barrel on its side, with the wires joining them sticking out around the side, preventing the thing from rolling off a surface, but not looking smart or well-designed. Still, I am a practical person and they are doing well in providing mobile sound, great volume and bass for a very low price.

I bought these speakers for using at my desk and for taking while going on long walks. A lot of the reviews made me sceptical about how loud and good quality they are, but they are much better than I expected. The first thing I did when I opened the package was charge them up which took a few hours. They are very loud and they do seem slightly tinny but that is fixed simply by extending them out giving them a deeper sound. I have only currently played them inside my house and can be heard at the other side of the house even with the doors shut, so I am very excited to use them outside because they are easily loud enough for what I need them for. They are small, cheap, loud and sound great and I recommend them for anyone who would like speakers they can use around the house or outside.

Amazing product, used it as soon as I received it. It was soemwhat charged as soonas i used it. Easily useable , can use it on laptops and the phone, normal sound when it is closed and basses when it is used open. Small and easy to put away, loving the bag, sturdy material and fits everything inside it. The charge and extension wire works well. I used the extension worked well, though the sound does decrease. I think that is because i used it on the laptop and once it was plugged into the laptop it was charging as the extension wire can be used as a charger. Delivery was okay I got it during the estimated delivery time, the second day.

A fantastic addition for my Android phone and netbook when you need a little more volume and sound quality. We bought these to use on the netbook when on holiday for films and music and they do not disappoint you. They have a very good all round sound quality and when placed on a table or other large surface the bass is very good. The extra volume is much needed if any of you have a netbook you know the speakers a pretty limited when it comes to anything other than general use. They are still on the first charge after a good 10 hours use so that's a bonus. The cable is nice and long for ease of use. They seem well made i'm not worried they should last a good few years. Overall for the money (i paid £17) they are a bargain that i can't give any less than 5 stars for because after using them i would have paid much more for them.

These do seem to suffer quite badly with signal loss, or have a high impedance, or something, as I have to turn the volume on my Sony Walkman up to 10-12, before I get a decent volume from these speakers (as opposed to 3-5 when using headphones). As to clarity of sound, that seems to depend on the quality of the recording, as much as anything, although they seem to reproduce electronic/dance, acoustic and indie rock music the clearest. They struggle with heavy rock and metal, particularly the bass and distorted riffing, which often sounds mushy and lacks intensity. So I can't really recommend these to audiophiles. However, for a set of (very) compact speakers, they're pretty good, especially given their good battery life and the fact they can be recharged from USB ports. Just good enough to be bumped from a 3 to a 4 star rating.

I was expecting to enhance the sound of my tablet with these, but they just amplify the tinniness, although they do work quite well with my more upmarket mobile phone. The accompanying 'manual' is a modest slip of paper comprising a few meaningless graphics and while a charging cable is provided, there is no plug to go with it. They are just about passable for my basic requirements - a little background music, which will have to be relayed via my mobile. For anything more sophisticated, I will stick with my headphones. I was hoping they would do a little more. As always, you get what you pay for.

I upgraded my laptop to a desktop PC, and I wanted small and cheap speakers. My laptop has JBL speakers which were quite good, but these definitely outperformed them. The bass is a bit better, they are much louder, and the sound is clearer. The battery life is decent as well, and the portability is awesome. Also, in the details it isn't mentioned, but they come with a USB + 3,5" jack for charging and audio at the same time. This cable also allows for the speakers to be further apart. However, while the USB is plugged in there is a lot of static noise. Tried multiple USB slots both in the back and front of the case, but there was still a lot of interference, barely usable. Otherwise, great value for money.

All I wished that I could be Bluetooth. But that's an opinion. :) Amazing little guys, good sound and great for having speakers better than smartphone speakers. However, keep in mind, they are small drivers. They don't pack a punch. These are meant as personal speakers not loudspeakers. by the looks of it, you can't charge and play them at the same time otherwise they have feedback. I have only charged and then played without external power. Unsure if this is a flaw in design of if I have a defective one, but for my use it works.

Los compré para poner en la habitación de mis hijas porque no hay mucho espacio y además conectado a un MP4. La verdad es que me sorprendieron gratamente la calidad de su sonido para lo pequeños que son ,la definición y espacialidad que tienen. Además también los uso para conectar mi móvil y escuchar música o para la tablet. Sinceramente, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera algo pequeño, económico y transportable. Para lo pequeños que son y para el uso que les doy, son magníficos.

These stereo speakers from x-mini are big bomb in small packet. I Just listened to them and they blown my ears (not harsh). Equipped with ceramic drivers sounds beautiful, before buying them I read reviews and heard about ceramic drivers, that time I thought this just as a gimmick by x-mini but NO they really sounds and works too good. Bought the green color and they looks like some cute mutant creatures. For the size you might think, do they sound good and how about bass? So I took a risk and got them :). Positive points: Great sound quality, Room filing sound, Great bass for the tiny size speakers, stereo sound, they look beautiful, you got a carry pouch, very portable when compared to JBL charge, sound quality upto and not less than JBL charge, good battery life, Ceramic driver for throwing powerful sound, very musical. You can run them from your mobile, iPod, laptop etc. Built Quality: Very sturdy when you hold them, nice finish, twist and close feature. Gun metal and blue color selling cheap to green and purple color, I'm desperate for green and I paid high for them! seller responsible. Hope this help!

Reasonable price and could not expect more for this price. battery last really long. Bass functinality workz good and sound is also sufficient for a small room

Got an old and used product...the packet is all old and dirty..even the speakers are dirty and full of scratches..it was manufactured in 2013 and this is 2017...4 years old and used product.. But the sound is loud and clear...product is worth the money spent..if the sekler doesn't give old and used product
