The worst collagen , From my experience, I do not advise anyone to use it. Its ingredients are harmful to health, cause irregular sleep, and cause fatigue and insomnia.

Collagen is a staple in my diet and I’ve been using this particular brand for several years now. It tastes of nothing and dissolves easily into my coffee or porridge. The benefits have been life-changing as someone who used to suffer from back pains and knee aches. I no longer have pains and my skin, hair and nails have also benefited. It’s like having a glow up.

Glad to have found something that actually works
I started using collagen after having my daughter in 2023. I started with vital proteins and that was good but very expensive. I made the change to this one after I finished my tub of VP and did some research on other choices. This one seemed the best bang for my buck. So, I’ve been using this ever since. And it’s so good. I’ve seen an increase in how full my hair is. The taste of it is great as there is none. I put it in my coffee first thing and it’s wonderful. Texture is fine and when it’s mixed in my coffee it doesn’t leave any clumps. I love that it’s just pure collagen as well. Looking for a collagen that actually works and isn’t a huge hit to the wallet. Give this one a go.
