Has anyone who is actually overweight tried these to help with weight loss.

These are not really for weight loss, unless combined with cutting out of all refined sugar and sugars and adjusting one’s diet with that in mind. What this product does do is allow for more efficient metabolic production of ‘energy’ - so being able to do more in workouts or other physical activities. That said everyone’s metabolism is different, for example some have ‘long’ muscle fibres and some ‘short’ - marathon runners versus sprinters. For weight loss the best advice is to cut out as much sugar as possible and go for oat based cereals instead of refined wheats. Flaxseed helps too.

What flavour does this taste like?

Hello, thank you for your message. The L- Carnitine 3000 supplement is mandarin flavored.

how do you open them?

The product contains a plastic piece designed to open the vials, which breaks the surface to be able to take directly the L Carnitine 3000, this piece and how to open it can be seen in the last image of the listing.

Do you have to work out for these to work and burn far quickly?

Yes, they give you more energy for your workout. If I understood right, they make your body burn immediate fat in order to have energy. Since I use this I definitely lost fat much quicker than before, feeling much better. If you take them and don't do any exercise, it won't do anything.
