Does the "commercial pro xl stainless steel 10 tray dehydrator" have plastic walls or stainless walls inside the unit?

The inside walls are not stainless steel, but they are metal, only the trays are stainless steel

can this machine be use to dry flowers?.

I would think so, but they will probably shrivel up and not look like themselves. Best to press flowers or hang bunches upside down to dry.

What is the warrenty?

1 year then buyer beware. Mine went belly up with a blown fuse right after 1 year!
