does it work without black light?

The principle of glow: this product needs to absorb a certain amount of light to be able to glow. Moreover, it must be irradiated under the UV light and the spotlight. Ordinary LED light irradiated will not cause the product to glow.

Do you have to use a UV light to see the colors in the dark?

Hi, this is UV fluorescent paint product that must absorb the light source to make it glow. You can charge it under the UV light or sunlight.

Does it need Blacklight? Or does it glow in dark on it own?

It needs a black light to glow.

Can you use it on clothing?

No idea. It was crap on skin though. Very watery. Had to do several applications and the design got wider and messier with each application.
