Been using this sucker for a few months now and I got to say wow am I impressed first off suction killer hard time sucking up or want to clean faster crank up the speed battery works pretty good. I can do my whole 2300 square foot house on one charge on normal speed. If I do high speed I can still almost get the whole house done. But what I found is that I run normal speed through the whole house. Vacuum high speed only if need be. Works on cars. Really good works on carpets really well. Hard floor really well. Easy to unplug if you pick up something too big. Wash everything to get the dust off filters and everything. Let dry good to go bags. Easy to replace stand works great charges fairly fast. Looking at getting a second battery. Very impressed with this thing

I’ve been researching stick vacuums for a while now. I was mostly focusing on the Dyson models, but couldn’t find one that met my needs. They were either not powerful enough or too expensive. Plus you need to change heads on all the Dyson’s depending on if you’re vacuuming hardwood or carpet. Then I came across the bespoke jet and it met all my needs on paper. I’ve been using it for a few days now and I can easily say I love it! It’s not as powerful as my corded Shark vacuum, but it’s so much more convenient. It does a great job on both my hardwood floors and my carpets. It’s light, it’s much quieter than my corded vac, and it’s super convenient to easily be able to vacuum around the house without constantly having to find outlets to plug into. On the mid setting, which is mostly what I’ve been using, the battery lasts about 20-25 minutes. It would be nice if it lasted a bit longer, but I can usually get through all my vacuuming before it dies. The stick itself extends to make the vacuum longer, which is a really useful feature. It can easily be removed so you can use the vacuum as a handheld, and you can vacuum both hardwood and carpet with one head. No need to change heads. And of course, the absolute best part about this vacuum is the stand w/ the auto empty feature. When I’m done vacuuming I just pop it on the stand, push a button and my canister is cleaned out. I never need to manually empty it, which always gets dust everywhere on other vacuums. The setup with stand looks great too. I’ll eventually need to change out the bag that collects the dust in the stand, but it comes with a few extra, so I’ll be set for a while. We’ll have to wait and see how the vacuum holds up over time, but as of now I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I’m going to end my review here so I can go vacuum some more.

I've had this for almost 1 year and I love it. It is so nice not to have to empty a bin when a cloud of dust flies in my face and on my clothes. It's quiet, is lightweight, it's powerful, and after I vacuum I put it on the charger and hit one button and all the dirt is gone. About once a month I need to change the bag. But I have two Siberian Huskies so I am vacuuming daily. I love this vacuum. Great maneuverability, the battery life it's not a problem because it has a time telling you how much longer you have. Very easy to use overall in a great value for money. I recommend this product.

The product works good. Overall it’s pretty light weight. I like that it gives you the battery life left while in use. It has decent suction power. I feel like the mid level isn’t as powerful as I would like. They should of made the mid level as powerful as the high and made the high as powerful as the jet level. I like that it empties itself out. The downside is that you still have to go in and clean out some of the hair that gets trapped in the dustbin. As well as clean out the roller brushes. I recommend deep cleaning once a week to wipe down the dust that might of build up throughout the week to keep it smelling and functioning great. So far I like it, it matches our other Samsung products which is nice. Just wished it was a bit more powerful and didn’t trap hair.

Had it for two years and has constant issues. It does a great job but WHEN it works. It clogs SO easily. Now we have a “missing filter” issue when we have a filter in it and it won’t run. Would rather just buy 5 chelap stick vacuums for the price of this one. If you vacuum up ANYTHING larger than grains of sand DO nOT buy this.

I've had this vacuum for about a month now, and I actually look forward to zipping around the house with this thing... It's very lightweight, battery lasts long enough for me to do two floors' worth of hardwood, rugs, plus carpeted runner on stairs , also some light dusting with the attachment. Suction is excellent. The real highlight though is the BAG. One review mentioned that the flap staying open after using the bag suction is a flaw... I got in the habit of closing the flap right after doing bag suction, and it's no problem at all... then it's ready to go for next time. This vacuum is designed SO WELL. I've had Dysons and I hate the bagless vacuum idea, I find it disgusting to have to breathe in all that dust just trying to empty it out. Worse yet, on my Dyson i found myself having to dig around inside to pull vacuumed gunk out. Never buying one again. Lastly, the cup and filter design is brilliant, so easy to take apart and rinse out. I've only done it once so far, and it really wasn't that dirty. I have this out in the open in our mudroom because it's so darned cute, I just cannot hide it in my broom closet, even though there's room and it has an outlet. ;)

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I love that it is cordless, and it has much better suction power than other cordless vacuums I've had in the past. It cleans the edges and corners of the room very nicely. I LOVE the automatic charging station/emptying station!! No more dust that I just vacuumed up floating around as I tried to empty the dust cup into the trash can. This system has a CLOSED disposal system; you simply put it back on its charging station and press a button! It empties automatically into a dust bag. I can vacuum my 3400 sq ft house on one charge. I have no carpet, so I can't speak to how it does on carpet, but with hardwood floors it's great! One thing to consider: Where you will be able to keep the charging station so it's out of the way but near an outlet.

I've been waiting to do this review until I had used the Samsung Bespoke Jet for a few months. it is the best stick vacuum I've ever used. Very strong but adjustable suction power. The small brush head is only 9.8 inches wide, maneuvers smoothly in any direction, and goes instantly from carpet to hard surfaces. The Clean Station is so great - no need to breathe dust from emptying a dust cup into a trash can. The Clean Station vacuums the contents of your vacuum into a tidy bag that holds a lot and is easy and clean to remove and toss in the trash. The pipe length is easily adjustable. It is quiet. At 6.0 pounds, it's so easy for me to use. Just get this!
