How do i pair with my phone ?

Turn on the bluetooth on your phone. On the SoundBot, press and hold the power button. You will see a blue light. Keep holding until you see a red light flashing with the blue light. On your phone you should see the headphones listed as "SB221". Choose this and your headphones should now be connected. If you are still having problems, visit the SoundBot website.

Can anyone tell me how the volume is on these? I currently own and use one of the earlier models and I have to crank the volume on my phone to hear it

The volume level is horrible! I have to turn all the way up when driving and still cannot hear person on the other end very well. I'm returning because of this. I have an old Motorola S305 that work,much better. I was looking for a replacement or 2nd pair. No go with this one!

Will this allow wired connection like in airplanes?

No, it is not wired. It is a Wireless Bluetooth headset, connected via wireless Bluetooth to your device, just as the product description states. No wires other than the charging cable that comes with it. If you're looking for a wireless Bluetooth headset, this is a VERY good, cost effective product. Very impressive battery storage that the product description says will stream 20 hours of music. It's true!! Probably even more than 20 hours actually.

How do these fit with someone who wear glasses? Thoughts? Do they conflict?

I personally don't wear glasses so I am not sure :( However, a lot of my friends that do just take them off when they work out. If you are not comfortable doing that, I don't believe it would be a problem because the headphones fit very snug around your ears.
