This is worth the hype and the value for my money! The beans is clean, easy to cook and delicious 😋. Had mine made with white long grain rice and vegetable sauce... Delicious. Can't wait to order for more!

Steep with bicarbinate soda over night. Then rinse the dirty water off. In a presure cooker with water, flax seed, chicken, bacon, methy (fengreek), salt and pepper.(Put plenty of water in as flax seed thickens and bulks). 1 hour later you have a condensed stock for freezing in plastic bags. Just add water, salt and pepper for Back bean soup. Or use as base for other quick stu's. Such as sausage and bean.

Old stale beans
This is a dreadful product! I bought these beans in good faith and although the date on the packet says "use by May 2025" the beans must be so old that it takes in excess of three and a half hours (YES! three and a half hours) to cook a small tea cup of them. They remain hard and chewy in the mouth and only after all that time do they get to the point where they are just about soft enough to eat. I don't suppose Amazon will accept a return but I shall never buy this again, at least not from the same company.
