I have been using this Boka toothpaste and have been really pleased with it so far. I wanted to try a fluoride-free toothpaste with nano hydroxyapatite, and this one has been easy to incorporate into my normal brushing routine. The texture is smooth and it spreads easily across the teeth without feeling overly thick or abrasive. The Ela Mint flavour is one of the things I particularly like. It gives a clean, fresh feeling after brushing but isn't as strong or intense as some traditional mint toothpastes. This makes it pleasant to use in the morning and before bed, especially if you prefer a milder flavour. I also appreciate the straightforward formula. It doesn't contain sulfates or parabens, and the vegan formulation is another positive for me. The 113g tube is a good size for everyday use and the packaging is simple and easy to handle. I've found it comfortable to use on my teeth and gums, including when my teeth have felt a little sensitive. Love this toothpaste, the dentist tried to put me of of purchasing it,but i can see the difference ,ive been using it for over 2 weeks,prior to boka i used marvis whitening but it made my gums really sore,so i asked my dental hygienist freind who recommended boka, it tastes mild,and really does leave teeth clean,remember not to rinse or use mouthwash or eat and drink for half and hour otherwise it doesnt work as it should. Just spit,leave the rest to do its magic.There is clinical evidence that it helps with the strength of teeth and gums mine are no longer tender, no more sensitivity when i eat or drink,no matter the temperature, this took about a week to achieve with the sensitivity. i had some cracks just visible,i no longer have them,dont let the dentists dictate to you,they want you to keep coming back to them,and buy the rubbish that they endorse and charge you stupid prices for. Yes boka isn't cheap,in my opinion it is worth it.

I've tried a few nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes and this is probably my favourite. It leaves my teeth feeling really clean, has a pleasant mint flavour that's not too strong, and it's been great for my sensitive teeth. I also like that it's free from fluoride, sulfates and parabens. The only downside is the price, as it's definitely more expensive than regular toothpaste. That said, I still keep buying it because I think it's worth it.

Great stuff. Good consistency and minty taste. Have reordered several times and would recommend to others. Only ever use this type of toothpaste now.

After 19 days using this toothpaste, I have noticed that slowly my teeth are becoming brighter which is very good, I feel my teeth clean and fresh, foaming is good too, but unfortunately I will need to stop using it because another thing I’ve noticed is that my teeth is becoming more sensitive which I feel just by eating a mango or a banana at room temperature. It’s winter so they are slightly cold even at room temperature. I had a slight sensitivity and bought this thinking that it would help as well as brightening but the sensitivity has increased. That’s a shame because I really like it!

Excellent toothpaste with a light mint taste that is not overbearing like normal toothpaste. I had bleeding gums and after a a few weeks of use my bleeding gums stopped.

This product actually works! I used it for 2 months straight and it reduced sensitivity in my teeth. It’s my 2nd time purchasing this item and It’s a bit pricy, but I will definitely continue to buy as it works for me 👍

No fluoride and the taste in mouth is not bad. I saw results in a month's time of using it. Recommended!
