Took my humungeous new 17.3" screen laptop (just) and all the essential junk you need to cart about with it.

Does the job
Great bag, cheap strap.

Weak strap-ends, poor stitching
This bag is expandable, so it's meant to hold a lot. Had it for a very short time and the connector holding the strap to the bag broke. Oahina replaced it, but strap broke again. Had to buy a heavy-duty strap. Bag then ok for a while but then the stitching on one of the side-pockets had come away. May be ok for lightweight use but I wouldn't buy it again.

One of the zips is stuck. I think it is a supposed to unzip all the way around to remove the front pouch of the bag to make it less bulky. I don't need to remove this so am not too worried but it would be annoying if you wanted to make the bag smaller for better portability.I can't get an invoice for this purchase either!? They aren't responding to requests.

Great bag let down by cheap straps
I bought this for a long haul flight, as I needed a bag large enough to hold a laptop plus a variety of other items. The metal strap fastener snapped during this journey, its first time in use! Up until this part of the journey, I was really impressed with the bag, it seemed like a great travel companion with multiple compartments for ease of access and acres of space inside. This could be a brilliant laptop or travel bag if the manufacture replaced the cheap strap holders. I'm not too sure what the strap holders/fasteners are made out of, at first glance they appear to be metal but when snapped they look like a painted ceramic. Personally I will buy stronger replacement straps and keep the bag itself.

The metal connection between the bag and shoulder strap broke after one month's use. I bought a large capacity bag so that I could carry documents in addition to my laptop. What is the point of a large capacity bag. i.e. to carry more things, if the strap breaks because you carry more things..? Frustrating.
