Light duty rubber seal, soft rubber for seal from leaks
33Feet Long Weather Stripping for Door,Insulation Weatherproof Doors and Windows SealThis is a rather flexible use product, can be formed for mild curves and has self stick glue stripalong the rubber.I have read from other reviews that the glue does not stick well, however, My installation seems tobe holding well. Perhaps they had some movement on their rubber seals where the glue released? The rubber is hollow allowing the seal to easily conform to the space where it has to make a seal.Where some rubber seals are solid foam, this seal has a air chamber along the entire seal.I feel it was easy to apply, do not stretch it as you apply, ;this will make you lose seal later.Very flexy, a soft type rubber, will take most rubs without damage but a severe blow or heavy weightedobject sliding against it can damage it.Worked well for my installation sealing water out.RecommendedI do not know the seller nor did I get any money for my random review241010 0038

Great Stuff!
i live in the mountains in New Mexico, where it can get very cold and extremely windy, with gusts of up to 50 MPH not uncommon. Weather stripping for my doors and windows can make all the difference in my utility bills, and weather I'm eating steak, or cheese sandwiches for dinner, when those bills come in. I've tried so many brands, types, and gimmicks, but all I'm ever looking for is a strip of insulation that will keep the cold and wind out, and actually stick on for more than a week without me having to use 3" nails to keep it up. This stuff is all I could hope for, and at a price that I don't think can be beat for a similar quality product. There's 2 rolls here, and can easily be split down the middle, making each roll 16+', for 32+' total. Also included is a roll of two sided tape, I guess in case you have a problem getting it to stick on whatever you are placing it on, but this stuff has a pretty sticky adhesion on it. If you make sure you clean whatever you are going to use this for, it should stick pretty good. This is selling for just under $8 bucks, and from the money I've spent, and wasted, buying foam tapes, a great buy. I cleaned the door frames I used this on before sticking it on, and it's working great. I had always bought the foam tape strips, and the first time I'm using the rubber strips like this, and found this to be so much better. This is a great weather stripping, and can't go wrong for 33' (should do two average size doors on three sides) for under $8 bucks. Great Stuff!

Good ๐
I installed this weather stripping recently to seal a drafty door in my house, and overall Iโm pretty happy with how it performs. The material feels soft but durable, and it compresses nicely when the door closes, which helps block out both cold air and outside noise. I immediately noticed a differenceโless draft coming in and the room stays more comfortable, especially at night.Installation was straightforward. I cleaned the surface, lined it up, and stuck it on without needing any extra tools. The adhesive is decent and holds well as long as the surface is clean and dry. It also looks clean once applied, especially the white colorโit blends in well with most door frames and doesnโt look bulky. That said, itโs not perfect, which is why Iโm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. In a couple of spots, I had to press it down again after a few days to make sure it stayed fully attached, especially in areas where the door gets frequent use. Also, if your gap is larger than expected, you might need to double it up or look for a thicker option.Overall, this is a solid and affordable solution for improving insulation and reducing noise. It does what it promises and is easy to work with. Just make sure you measure your gaps properly and prep the surface well before installing. Iโd definitely buy it again for other doors or windows around the house.

Pros vs cons
My apt. door is not hung flush, so there are spaces where you can see sunlight coming in, and hear me talking inside easily. I hated this, so got this weatherstripping to hopefully save on energy costs and mute at least SOME of the noise. It applies extremelly easily, gotta give it that.Pros: Goes on nicely and smoothly.Con: If it gets rubbed by the frame at all, it gets rubbed right off.Pro: Easy to fit to sizeCon: If you don't place it EXACTLY where you want it to be, and try to pull it off and re-situate it, you might as well throw it away. Not only does the adhesive only work once, but it takes paint off the door like you would not believe.I doubt I would purchase this again, but it's a good price for a so-so product. Works in a pinch.

Soft rubber with incredibly good adhesive
I've gone through more than 300 linear feet of this stuff sound-proofing and draft-proofing doors throughout my condo building. The rubber itself is very soft and squishy which is perfect for creating a tight seal even when the gap width is not consistent. The adhesive on this stuff is absolutely top notchโincredibly strong and it stays in place once set. For the best possible seal, wipe the surface down with isopropyl alcohol to clean off any dust or grease before applying the weatherstripping. After that, the rubber itself will tear before the adhesive comes loose. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE PRODUCT - Glue DOES NOT WORK AFTER TWO WEEKS.
UPDATE and lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I doesn't deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE, useless product. And shame on the sound proof video guy for recommending this crap! The part that did initially stick is already coming loose from my door frame. Note: I did clean the door frame very well prior to installation as instructed. Even used alcohol wipes after washing with soap and water beforehand. This is a HORRIBLE product and I am surprised by all of the positive reviews which is the reason I purchased this crap. My reviews are honest, so if you buy this crap like I did due to those positive reviews, you will likely be disappointed (maybe mine was just old or refurbished??). I recommend that anyone go to a big box store and see what you are buying so you don't waste your $.***********************************************************I had planned to use two strips together, but the two strips came apart on own at the ends. I decided to deal with it and just use on strip. THEN...on one of the strips the glue came off with the backing so the sealing strip was useless unless I end up using hot glue. I was able to use one the other piece. Thankfully I bought two packs, but I feel like I should be reimbursed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT based on the glue pulling off with the backing has shown in the photo. Maybe I had a pack that was old and had been in stock for a while? Who knows.

This is nice weather stripping
Cleaned the area a couple of times with alcohol before installing and it stuck great! It comes in 2 strips. I installed one strip and then looked for light between the stripping and the door gap. There were a few small gaps, so Installed both strips and no more gaps. The door has some warping from age. This took care of filling those gaps. Looking forward to less drafts and much lower energy bills. Wanted to see if this product would work before buying more for another entry door. Yip, another order is on the way! Recommended A+++++
