DANGEROUS ITEM - ELECTRICAL FIRE HAZARD!
PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. Please do not buy this kiln, don't let the "low price" trick you. I got mine 18 months ago, when I first got it after 2 uses a wire got lose and stopped working, the manufacturer/seller was aware of this and told me how to fix it but did nothing about what potential risk is a wire going lose so easily. Now, 18 months of mild use later (this items should last years and be safe to use for many years) has cause an ELECTRICAL FIRE! Thankfully I caught it in time and had the right fire extinguisher for it as you can't use water on an electrical fire. My house would have fully burnt do with me inside in a matter of an hour if I hadn't. This was unrelated to the kiln heating elements as it didn't even get to operate high enough before this happened, the controller has a short cut and caused the whole thing to burn as you can see in the images. This was always used within the safety instructions of the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they couldn't have cared less and did absolutely nothing to help, tried the same through Amazon and refused to help again. They know they sell faulty dangerous items that don't comply with safety standards and they don't care. They will keep doing so if nothing stops them. There are many reviews online that proof this. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM OR

Quick delivery and very pleased
This arrived a day earlier than expected, all looks good and we can't wait to give it a test run. Update Jul 24 - we have both bisque and glaze fired with this kiln and are very pleased with it. It took a bit of getting our heads around how to programme it, but once we did, all good.

Arrived 2 days earlier than expected, works perfectly, controller looks difficult but when you work it out it’s quite easy and works well

Does not reach required temperature
My kiln will not reach a temperature higher than 807C preventing any successful glaze firing
