Impressed!!
Very impressed !!! So wonderful to have fresh crisp cold water 💦 room temperature, or boiling hot! According to my BF (👍🏽lol ) the installation was easy. Every thing seems to be working wonderfully! We have only had it for few days so time will tell . But so far we are amazed !! 😍😍

This product was easy to install and more importantly the water tastes crisp and refreshing. We use it everyday and I haven’t noticed a difference in the quality of water yet

Too many thing will go wrong with this system
Don't buy this. Read this other reviews. Your 1 month return window will close before you recognize the issues. Also good to mention that the RO (Reverse Osmosis) system, which, in addition to requiring a water supply, also must have a drain.

Had water quality issue with it, but support solved it
I was surprised to see black floating stuff in the water just a couple of weeks after installation. The hot and room temp dispensers were having this problem but the cold dispenser had clear water. I emailed support and they were responsive. They provided instructions on how to clean the tank and pipes by using citric acid and it worked. The water is clear now. Other than this issue and inconvenience of cleaning a new unit in the first few weeks after installation, the unit is actually good. The filters that come with it actually reduced TDS from ~400 to ~35 which is good. Water gets hots in a few minutes, and the cooler is very convenient. The unit wastes a lot of water but this is typical for most Reverse Osmosis filters. Almost 1 to 1 waste ratio, so 1 cup of water wastes a cup of bad water. I got a 50 Gallon tank on amazon, and hooked up the out line to it so it will store the unclean water for other uses like watering yard. The cooler is almost as noisy as a fridge but it doesn't run that often to keep the water cold.
