I plan to use this on 14 ga steel. I know some of these only work on 14 ga aluminum and 18 ga steel. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I've used it on 22 ga. steel and it works fine. cant tell you about 14 ga.

where can I find replacement blades for this?

I was able to find them on Amazon. I picked up two sets when I purchased the cutter earlier this summer. I’m unaware if they are still available.

would this tool be easy for a woman to use?

Anybody could use this, but I did have issues with the trigger getting stuck and the tool not shutting off.

can this cut a .0625" thick steel plate?

This is approximately 24 gauge steel, so it shouldn't be a problem.
