My dad has a ALS specifically the bulbar type so oral hygiene is very important, I notice these work the best to remove any white build up on his tongue or plaque building around his teeth of course we still floss but the bristles on these aren’t harsh with a nice spongy side to suction & absorb

These swabs did serve a purpose and did Help with the removal of excess secretions. I really wanted something that was able to be used on its own, but this is really designed for use with a suction machine. Size, wise and quality wise, this will hit the spot if you have a suction machine that you are using with it.
