Works good. Takes a little bit to get super hot but it gets there after a few minutes. The material is soft and nice. It's lightweight and easy to use. Has a good amount of cord length. It has multiple heat settings. I've used this heating pad for almost a year with no issues. I recommend it.

I was crippled with sciatic pain and using gel pads that I had to soak in hot water. That was a real pain, no pun intended. Ordered this and life is so much better. It is very soft, has a two hour cut off which is great. It gets plenty hot and relaxes my back significantly.

This was of great help when I hurt my back recently. Things to know: -it works better if you're leaning or lying on it. -The buttons are kind of lying to you -The heat is either not hot at all or you get a big burst of heat maybe once per use -The vibration is great and increases blood flow to muscles and injury. But maybe lie a thin heating pad over it and lie on them.

My wife bought me this for Christmas in 2023 and it's still working great. I use it everyday and every night,and it's still working this day of May 31, 2025. I usually burn up at least 1 a year. I am very satisfied with this one still waiting to see how long it'll last. I would definitely recommend this heating pad.

This is my first review ever for an item that I’ve purchased on Amazon. I felt compelled to write one because I suffer from fibromyalgia & the pain in my back is very intense & this heating pad/vibrating massager is so amazing. I give it a 10/10 the heat is soothing, the vibration is strong & amazing & the tightness from the straps even feel great like your wrapped up tight. It’s also get that it can be placed on different parts & different angles on your body. This is by far the best purchase that I’ve made. The only thing that I would change is that it’s not battery operated but as much as I use it it’s probably a good thing that it has to be plugged in. I use a long extension cord if I need to walk around with it on & it gets the job done.

Great while it lasted. Made it 11 months before it quit working. Remember when hearing pads lasted for Years?

Just the right amount of heat and pulsating vibration on a sore back. I found that the intensity of vibration was greater while using one of the preprogrammed vibration settings. The power cord is long enough that you can comfortably sit in a chair some distance from the power plug. The extension for those of us that support a rotund midsection is a must. The "belt" is soft, wide and comfortable.

Although the size is good enough for my needs this Snailax heating pad started overheating at the electrical connection. After less than 6 months of use I noticed it smelled like something was melting possibly on the inside so I stopped using it and purchased a new one from UTK.
