Tasty & Healthy
Tastes great on veggies and meat. I have been using less salt for many years by compensating with tasty herbs and spices and Mrs. Dash has a lot of great alternatives. Would love to have one of each of her varieties but on a tight budget so I buy as I can and this one is a great blend that goes with any savory dish.

Better than Mrs. Dash
I love how flavorful this is without the salt as I am on a low sodium diet. In my personal opinion, I think these are way better than Mrs. Dash because the consistency is so fine. I use it on all my vegetables. Absolutely delicious.

An excellent seasoning for any vegetable. I use it on broccoli, spinach, cabbage, even collard greens and kale. Gives them that little umph you need. This is one of ny secrets.
