Dose this have adhesive strips on it already or will i have to go buy tape?

Is this something that would be too difficult for a person that doesn't have any previous experience? Are there directions to follow?

It isn't easy but also not hard. I would suggest finding a tutorial before ordering to judge for yourself based on your comfort level. iFixit has one at https://wwwDOTifixitDOTcom/Guide/Samsung+Galaxy+Tab+A+Digitizer+Replacement/59748. I have one of their older model toolkits as well that has always been helpful in replacing broken screens. If you feel comfortable with the instructions, are patient, and not afraid to put a little pressure on plastic where needed you should be ok. The major disappointment I had with the last replacement was the lack of adhesive on the replacement. I didn't have enough remaining from the broken and had to add adhesive I had from another screen replacement on a much older device. Even then it didn't sit as well as it should have and I should add more to keep everything flush and secure.

No, SM-T377R4 is a galaxy Tab E 8.0, different part. Look for an SM-T377A or SM-T377V screen, that'll fit.
