I recently tried the **Drift Car Air Freshener** in the **Teak Wood** scent, and I have mixed feelings about it. Here is the breakdown:### The Pro: Incredible FragranceThe Teak Wood scent is easily my favorite car air freshener I’ve ever used. It smells amazing—high-end, sophisticated, and not at all like those cheap, artificial scents you find at the grocery store. If I were rating purely on smell alone, it would be a 5/5.### The Con: Short-Lived & OverpricedThe biggest issue is the longevity. Drift claims these are supposed to last for 30 days, but in my experience, **it only lasted about 2 weeks.** After the 14-day mark, there was little to no smell left unless I was right on top of it.Given how quickly the scent disappears, the price point feels way too steep. For a premium product, I expected it to at least hit the 30-day mark as advertised.### Final VerdictWhile it smells incredible, it just isn’t cost-effective for me. I won't be purchasing more because the price is simply too high for something that only performs well for half a month. If you don't mind the frequent cost for a great smell, go for it—but for me, it’s a pass.

It's just a piece of cedar embedded with scent. Not bad, but i think i could have done this myself for less had i thought about it. The 'teak' scent is ok, a bit too vanilla-ish for me. It would be a nice stocking stuffer gift. Looks much nicer than those plastic vent things or a hanging cardboard pine tree.

Okay, so I gave this two stars because it is indeed beautiful, it holds well, and it doesn't get in the way and the worry of it falling onto your face or the dash as you drive is non existent.This thing came in packaged well, I was impressed by Alpha Males review on it so I decided to give it a try, and I bought two of them. One for the driver and passenger side.I installed them on Saturday, the scent was very strong, I see other reviews of people saying just how powerful the scent is and it is true, it's a powerful scent, however, it is right in front of your face as you drive and with the AC on or Heat on will further blow it into your face.Now, as I said, I installed it on Saturday and by Monday the smell was so faint that I forgot that I had installed them.Comes Tuesday, zero scent, I was so disappointed. I questioned myself to see if I had done something wrong, and I followed the instructions that I came with them and I also watched videos on them.Now, I am not sure if it starts off strong and then just supposed to lightly scent your vehicle, because I don't even smell it when I open the door and get in after the door has been closed all night.Maybe I received bad ones? But what are the chances of receiving two bad ones?Even before writing this review I went to my car to see if I was able to smell anything and it was so little that it didn't make sense at all.I think they have a great product here, it looks beautiful within the car, but they need to do more quality checks on this product.Now, they get you by saying that it can last up to 30 days ... But how? What makes it last 30 days?What would make it not smell after 48 hours?

I was looking for something non toxic and gentle enough to have in the car with my sensitive kiddos. I love the cabana scent, it was pretty strong in the first two weeks, and my car still smells amazing a month later. I like that its wood with a magnet. The aesthetic is nice.I do wish they had a concentrate of liquid i could put on it as like a refill spray/drops instead of purchasing another one.I was willing to was a pay a bit extra for the wood and no artificial fragrances.I think i will try Amber nextOverall im pretty happy with my purchase.

I have purchased this product twice now. I’ve tried all car fresheners and nothing is as powerful or long lasting as this one. It’s easy to install and the teak scent is my favorite. Recommended it to a few friends who also loved it and keep buying it over and over. The scent lasts for about 2-3 months but that’s because I take my dog everywhere with me, and YES it manages to mask dog smell very well. For my friends without animals lasts about 4 months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you're in the market for an exceptional product to refresh or just make your car smell better, this is the one you want! Comes in a wide variety of scents that are all long lasting and so very well made. No leaking and with a very strong magnet, no episodes of them falling off of your visor. Would highly recommend and I will be purchasing additional ones for all of the vehicles we own. An excellent replacement for the leaky ones we've previously used

I don’t know if maybe I picked the wrong scent or something, but I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about the fact that it’s such a subtle scent, it’s virtually unnoticeable. I’ve had it in my car for two days and honestly couldn’t care how it looks. While my car doesn’t smell badly or anything, I still can just barely even tell that there is an air freshener in my car in the first place. Even putting my nose right up to it, I can barely smell it. Based on the ads and design and comments I’ve seen about this product, I was expecting a REALLY noticeable and long lasting scent. After two days, I feel like I should’ve just bought the “new car” little trees again. They don’t last long, but at least you and others can notice the smell. Like I said, my car doesn’t smell badly or anything, but I also can’t tell there is necessarily an air freshener in there at all. I’ll update if that changes, but right now disappointed. Glad I didn’t do a subscription. I was excited to receive this and agree it looks sharp, but the scent should be stronger and noticeable. All I notice is my car doesn’t have an unpleasant odor of any kind, but it also doesn’t have a noticeably pleasant one either. I drive uber part time. No comments and personally, haven’t stepped in my car once yet and even remembered it was there because the scent is so subtle and barely noticeable. Def not worth the price, let alone a subscription. Am I doing something wrong? Does it need some water or something? I asked support on their website and they basically said I wouldn’t notice the smell, it was subtle and then suggested maybe I put it near an air vent! That is virtually impossible by design and not what they advertise. I’m being generous with 3 stars. Overall, it’s an overpriced “air freshener” that does nothing at least after 2-3 days so far.

I have had it in my truck for about 2 weeks and it definitely gives a pleasant smell when you get in, although the scent (amber) is a little over powering to me so I will order a different one for my truck and move this one to my husbands as he loves it. They are a good quality product it did find it a little pricy, hoping it lasts a long time
