Itโs not fair but still functional
IT IS NOT like the picture and gosh what a disappointment. Even so itโs a better hat that could be easily ripped off and tossed by a POed toddler. Itโs still cute and functional. Itโs not a typical target winter hat and it will be so great in the snow. Iโm upset because I believe that the items sellers sell should be what the picture describes.

Fits great on my 2yo. Nice and roomy, so it has a cute slouch to it. I doubt it would fit a bigger kid though - def not an 8yo as the listing says (โ2-8yoโ). All in all a great winter purchase. Little one put it on with ease and loves wearing it.
