Tastes so gd, not bitter, ceylon cinnamon is healthy any other is not good for you.smells lovely tastes beautiful. Health benefits are..reducing bad ldl, blood pressure, lose weight, feel tummy rested. Sleep better.

Great value Great cinnamon

I consider myself well informed about most health products but have to admit that my knowledge of the benefits of Ceylon cinnamon was sadly lacking. Firstly , I thought all cinnamon was the same , but apparently this is the safe one, whereas the cassia cinnamon can be toxic due to the larger amounts of courmarin which it contains. I have not been taking it for very long but have certainly noticed an imorovement in my well being and definitely no longer have sugar cravings 24/7. I like to have a teaspoon of it mixed with some Greek yogurt and honey. Delicious. If it really does help prevent Alzheimer’s, diabetes and heart disease, along with many other health benefits , then it is certainly worth a shot and I intend to continue including it in my diet. Another benefit is that it is inexpensive . I certainly recommend this product especially as I am unable to tolerate turmeric due to its increased production of stomach acid. The Organic True Ceylon Cinnamon Powder seems like a perfect replacement , without any nasty side effects .
