Great product
Great service amazing value for money and came with no hassle

Not worth the money
Resistance is really soft even on hardest setting (and I am 1m75 tall), the first try is okay and then the rubber bands are stretched and more flexible so you dont feel like you're exercising anymore. it broke after a couple of soft exercice sessions, really not worth the money.

Use with caution.
This is a great concept but there are problems with this item. The leaflet they’ve included which shows the 40 exercises you can do, is a joke. The pictures are very small; it’s hard to see in some how the instrument is being used. It’s very fiddly and flimsy so I wouldn’t advise trying to do all 40 exercises with it. Use your discretion to avoid hurting yourself. Other than what’s stated, it’s alright. You get what you pay for.

It was a shame there were no clear instructions, had to refer to internet for how to use it and there was only one short video so it remains in a cupboard unused.

Great way to keep fit
It's great to be able to do exercise at home and not having to go gym after a long day at work. The leaflet which comes with it is great showing all the different exercises you can do with it

Se rompen las gomas
Despuésde un uso casi diario,un inconveniente era que se salia la goma por la parte de agarre. Pero es un mal menor que se soluciona después de volver a meterlas y poner el capuchón que trae bien dentro. Pero hoy haciendo abdominales, se ha roto una de la dos gomas,por lo que creo que este producto no está indicado para ejercicios de fuerza, a no ser que los ejercicios ,sean leves.

Achat car salle de sport fermée dû au confinement.... quelle déception ! De très mauvaise qualité, résistance faible, instable, élastique détendu dès la 1ère utilisation. Tellement léger qu’il est difficile de l’utiliser. Bref abstenez vous, camelote !!!! Ne mérite aucune étoile. Mais obligée d’en sélectionner au moins 1 pr publier cet avis!!!!
