I bought the set of 2 cable tie-looking things. This is a HILARIOUSLY bad product, and I have no idea who it is intended to fit. I'm a fairly tall woman with a very average sized nose (you wouldn't call it small). This product basically is a mutant cable tie, and no matter how small you squinch it up, per the instructions, once in situ up your schnoz it slowly expands (at first you think "oh wow! It's working!") and before you know it, *FLOOP!* it has expanded to the point where it entirely escapes from at least one nostril. AVOID! Ten quid down the drain.

Work great. Don't use on top of makeup they wont stick, use on clean skin and use as its says.

Effective nose strips
Helps reduce snoring and aids breathing when suffering from head colds. Easy to apply. Use water to help removal in the morning or remove during shower.

They can work
I found they do work sometimes only minimising snoring. but the biggest issue for me was they often come un stuck through the night. and yes i dry my nose with a cloth before fitting one.

Don’t Bother. Uncomfortable to sleep with
The most painful thing I’ve ever had up my nose. The device feels cheap. Is quite fiddly and I’ve woke up every night I’ve had them in because they’ve been causing pain while up my nose. I expected so much better for the money from this company. I should’ve looked more in to it as I thought this would be something that would be soft and gentle feeling on the nose. Does it open the nostrils? Yes. Has it made my skin inside my nose sore? Also yes! I’ve not checked with the app as to whether it’s improved my snoring as I’ve not downloaded it yet and don’t think it’s worth it considering it usually stays up my nose for an hour. I’d assume though that the only way it can help you stop snoring is because the uncomfortableness of the thing up your nose keeps waking you up!

n'adhère pas
très peu d'adhérence, se décolle très vite, la partie adhésive a tendance à démanger rapidement. J'ai déjà essayé d'autres marques beaucoup plus efficaces

Das Spray hilft überhaupt nicht, es wurde sogar schlimmer. Auch nach längerer Nutzung keine Änderung, das Geld kann man sich sparen
