This beautiful electric teapot was an amazing gift for our granddaughter’s birthday!! She and her family came to our home for her sister’s graduation, and fell in love with ours. It was great to be able and give her something she loved. It is perfect for warm bottles, tea of every kind. And it is good for hot chocolate. I love that it has a timed shut off for those, like me, that tends to forget that I left on! Perfect product!! She is so happy for her gift!!!

Update 11/5: Kettle started burning up— horrible burning smell, and made the whole house smell awful. I contacted the company about this, but they never responded. Don’t buy this kettle! This is beautiful and really gets the water hot. Three issues: 1. The cord is very short. 2. The lid is very difficult to put on and take off. You have to get the little bumps just right in the ridges, and that is not always easy because the one side doesn’t seem to be cut smoothly. 3. The outside of the kettle gets VERY hot! So you can not leave it on the counter after you have boiled the water if you have pets or children. And you can’t put it in the sink to let it cool because of the electrical connection. I put a pot over it until it cools. Also, I have burned myself a few times picking it up. Even though the handle is cool, the body is so, so hot. All said and done, it wasn’t cheap, so I will continue to use it until I need a new one, but I wouldn’t purchase this kettle again, even though it is quite lovely.

My new ceramic, electric tea pot is not only beautiful, but it heats ip the water quickly. After a tour of the English countryside, i was hooked on tea. I was amazed by their electric tea pot’s convenience. I was delighted to find this one in Amazon when I returned and set up a tea station in my home. I also fell in love with sheep. You will see a little keepsake I found while on the trip in the photo.

This I have been wanting for a long time, it makes my water really hot, it is great quality, the only complaint I have is the lid is hard to tell how to get it off because the notches aren’t easily seen when the lid is in place. This is for when I can set it and it automatically turns off when done, it is easier then firing up the stove and having to rush to get back to it.

It’s pretty! It’s ceramic and the colors are soft and cute. But…Does it work and most importantly how long will it last? For $45, it’ll boil your water for 5 months to a year. And that time frame is being kind. I bought this ceramic electric kettle in October 2025. It worked very well, until it didn’t. This happened in March 2026. It just stopped working one morning. No water damage or mishandling. It simply would not power on. This was very unsettling so I emailed the manufacturer hoping to resolve the issue. They never responded. Next I researched the brand Toptier. This is what I found out, the company typically will not respond to customer regarding damaged items. The kettle is known to last about 5 months. Usually the problem is its electrical base. It will not power on. Of course I should have researched first. That’s my experience and I hope anyone who purchases, considers the experience of previous buyers.

Thought it was so cute, but it lasted not even 2 months. I emailed the company and never heard back. Sad because by $20 kettle lasted 6 years and I finally upgraded…

Absolutely lovely product it does have a bit of a styrofoam plastic smell for a couple weeks after I opened it. It heats the water very quickly there's no obnoxious whistling noise from the cattle and it's very easy to clean and nice to use. I can use it for a single cup of tea or a whole pot it doesn't make that much of a difference. I do only use water in it I don't put the tea bags in it I steep the tea separately to help keep it clean.

It’s so pretty and it works fantastic. I’ve never had a kettle before! It hits the water up so quickly it shuts itself off its porcelain and the quality is fantastic. I love how wide it is and the designs. It makes it feel so pretty it heats up quickly and you can set it down anywhere and it will not burn a hole.
