Worked great for my menopause symptoms. I was desperate with thirst and other non common symptoms. They not only got a lot better but others are completely gone. I haven’t stopped buying it since then.

I felt like my head was stuffed up and congested from these, but I have to admit they gave me back my entergy I was looking to achieve

I started having hot flashes and night sweats and the night sweats turned into day sweats. I couldn’t sleep at night. I was embarrassed to be around people because of the sweating. My life was uncomfortable. After a few days I felt some relief . A week in I felt so feeling better. The second week I was down to no hot flashes during the day. Into my 3rd week the night sweats are down to one or two a night but they are light. I can actually sleep again. I read the instructions to add Progesterone cream. The combination has made such a big difference in my life. This product does not claim to be estrogen it is a supplement to help elevated estrogen. Follow the instructions to the letter and I believe you will have the same results of relief as I have.

These worked I believe but I never finished the bottle to know 100%

I’ve been taking this for one week and I swear I already notice a difference. To back up I was experiencing: Brain fog Painful tender breasts (if you’ve breastfed, it feels like the first time the baby sleeps through the night) Weight gain Uncharacteristic crankiness Sleep disruption Hunger like I haven’t been fed in weeks So far it’s too early to comment on the brain fog. The hunger finally feels normally, which presumably will affect the weight. I’m less irritable. Breasts are still tender but not like boulders on my chest anymore. I slept all night last night. I had previously tried a bunch of things with no help after almost two months. I’m taking with progesterone (it’s a cream). The only downside is the pill smells and tastes horrendous. I had a uterine ablation so I don’t get periods anymore but my body goes through the same hormonal cycle. My plan is just to stop taking for one week a month. I’m in perimenopause.

I could tell this was helping after the first few days, but began to experience lightheadedness a few hours after taking along with still experiencing a mild bad aftertaste from the pill. I tried breaking tablet in half to see if that would help and still same reaction. I believe it's definitely worth a try and seems to work out for many, but this may not be for me.

With a product coming from a company called Life Extension- I never thought I needed to look at the ingredients to see if there were things in it that your body is incapable of processing. Maltodextrin is awful (look it up). So I buy something thinking I am doing good for myself only to find I am putting something terrible in my body. Do better than this. I threw away the entire container as I was waiting to see my doctor before taking it.

I’ve been taking the supplement for about two weeks and I can honestly say it is really helping me with energy, sleep and focus. I don’t know if it’s actually increasing my estrogen levels but at the end of the day I feel like I have just accomplished so much more than I would have before and I’m not exhausted.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the Life Extension Estrogen that I purchased from your website. Unfortunately, the medicine did not work as expected, and I feel that I have wasted my money. I was hopeful that the medicine would help alleviate my symptoms, but after taking it as directed, I noticed no improvement whatsoever. I gained tremendous weight. This has left me feeling cheated and let down as I trusted that your website would provide me with quality products.
