Tastes Awful!
Yes this is a 5 star review. Yes it does tast foul. The point of these things isn't the "food" you eat. The point is the fun you get to have while making it. And I had a blast making it, and then eating only 2 pieces of the entire kit because it tasted like actually garbage. If you're like me and just like doing these things for the fun it it, highly recommend!! Was a very good way to kill an hour of free time. If you want an actual in depth craft/food kit that has decent snacks to be made. Don't buy this! You will hate it.

Fun and yummy!
Bought this for my son for Christmas and we just finally did this recently & I was pleasantly surprised! It was really fun to do and it also tastes really good. The instructions explained everything clearly and was easy to understand and also easy to make. Once we were done, it looked just like the photo and was very yummy!

Cute and decent
One of the very few tasty ones or edible ones if you prefer to call it that. Adorable and fun though I can’t stop getting them even though the taste is usually questionable.

Fun but not tasty
Very fun to cook, everything is cute but the taste is not that good. Is worth buying to have fun but to consume the item itself is not very pleasing. Tastes like artificial sweeteners and its texture is mushy.

It’s okay but…..
It was a fun activity for me and my kid to do but I thought the texture of the items in the kit were off putting. I also didn’t enjoy the taste of it, but we did have fun making though the directions could have been a little clearer other than that. I would try one of the other kits they offer because it is fun to try and would be a goofy gift.

Perfect summer craft
10/10 will be buying more kits from this seller. Kids had fun putting creating tanoshii ramen kit and kept them busy for at least 30 minutes. They said the taste was 10 out of 10. Only part that was difficult was trying to get the mango pudding out of the mold but didn’t affect flavor at all.

Pass on this kit
Before I bought this, I’ve read some reviews and thought to myself it can’t taste that bad. Boy was I wrong it taste horrible, after spending time making it, just for me to take one bite of each thing and toss it. Now I will admit making the noodles for the lil soup was fun how the quality on that came out. As for taste the quote on quote spring rolls nasty as sin, ungodly sweet in a bad way, oh the mixed emotions I went through on just one bite, straight to the trash. The the lil soup dish broth easy to make the noodles were an interesting concept in making them and how they retained shape quite well in the quote on quote miso broth candy. Took two bites and the noodles have like a weird gross tangy taste to it. The mango pudding was atleast hard for me to pop out without breaking it. So I stuck mine in the freezer for about an hour. Warmed it up slightly in my hands for it to pop out of the tray. The taste on the mango dessert is pretty good. Legit the only good tasting thing. Overall it’s hella wee tiny not worth buying this kit in the run, not even for $5-$6 Pass on this kit not worth it, unless you want it as a gag gift or something.

Super fun!
This was the first time I've ever tried one of these kits and it was so fun! Very easy and I actually liked some of the candy! I didn't expect the soup to taste like root beer so that was awesome! The directions have pictures on the package as well so don't think you can't do it too!
