Initially, I bought this for my elderly Japanese mother who loves natto but can’t always buy fresh natto. She sprinkles it on everything she eats. She says it adds a lot of flavor to her rice and steamed veggies. I buy her a bag every other month. I use it as a supplement, one tsp a day. My skin is now glowing since I started a couple months ago thanks to the vitamin k. Love the flavor. It’s not pungent and is very flavorful. One bag lasts me a couple months.

and its got all the good stuff of actual natto, including all the k-2 and other good stuff. It's easy to take right off the spoon, at least for me (tastes differ. But it is very mild tasting.), and I don't have to deal with slimy natto in its natural state. I prefer this to pills or powder (although I give my husband powdered nattokinase and it has kept his blood pressure down) because I want everything natto has in it. And I like it.

Taste like soy but doesn't taste fermented for me ...

My mother loves the taste of this in her morning smoothie.

Very healthy product!!

Started taking natto due to the research in covid. I add this to a little smoothie every morning, taste is a little funky but better when added to something. I also really prefer this brand and better value for money than other brands. Quality seems great, the powder is very fine and not gritty

This fermented soybean powder has a very mild nice nutty flavor. It has vitamin K2 without the smelliness of natto, probably has less vitamin K2 than natto but is it is much much more affordable than natto powder! It is a very digestible soy protein and a good source of genistein.

This is easy to mix in coffee. Hope it’s got lots of K2.
