If your unsure. It's definitely worth it
About this to install a fan in the bathroom of my camper. I instantly tested to see if it was waterproof before I added my Henry's tropicool sealant on top. It worked perfect I left the water hose on the roof with water hitting Butly tape directly no water penetration whatsoever before I even put the screws to tighten it down this stuff is amazing. It's incredibly sticky and the thickness was exactly as described

Used this to resecure a rubber trim piece on our motorhome and it worked perfectly.

Excellent choice
This tape was perfect and should turn out to be durable, it appears to be water resistant as there hasn’t been any evidence of leakage. It is as thick and wide as it should be, and the appearance is spot on for butyl tape.

Perfect when replacing an RV or travel trailer window!
We used this around a window we replaced on our travel trailer. It was easy to install and the thickness is perfect for an RV window. No moisture gets around the seal and it appears to be durable. The 3/4 inch width was perfect for the window and it was easy to apply. Very happy with this purchase.

Sticky Stuff for the Jobs That Need Sticky Stuff
This worked well for sealing and sticking things where I needed them. It is very tacky, conforms well, and is useful for automotive and other sealing jobs where regular tape isn't going to cut it. Messy if you aren't careful, but effective. 4 stars.

Very soft compound and very sticky. A little tricky to apply cause if you pull on it it will stretch and thin out. I just hope it stands up to sun and weather.
