Improved New Flywheel Puller Compatible With Polaris RZR XP 900/1000/570 LH 50mm 1.5

I hated to spend so much to do a 5 minute task but I had to get the flywheel off and nobody has this tool to loan. This puller took it off in seconds with a couple quick hits from the impact gun. I was a little worried reading negative reviews before I bought it. I think they either reviewed the wrong tool or they used it incorrectly. I don't know how you could mess it up unless you didn't remove the bolt in the crank.

This part i used to pull my flywheel off my 2015 RZR 1000xp. It worked well. Good strong material. Ill be able to use it several times.

My husband puirchased this along with the part and this tool made the job alot quicker and easier and he is back on the trial.

I used this to pull the flywheel off of my 2016 RZR XP4 1000 in order to replace the sprag clutch. It worked great. I used a 20mm deep impact socket with a Chicago Electric impact driver. I wanted to use a deep impact socket over an impact socket to ensure to get more face of the bolt of the puller on the socket. Don't forget to grease the threads on both parts of the puller.

This puller is too short, in my opinion. It screws on to the stator and there is little thead left on the pulling shank. The entire unit needs to be made with more depth.

Worked just fine on my 2016 RZR 4 900.

2014 polaris sportsman 570, worked great!
