I bought this oregano oil together with coconut oil to fight a candida. I got strong dying off symptoms immediately in one day. And later all my family in our house got a flu . This was recommended to use for a foot nail complaint and initially it was very good. Didn't clear up the problem entirely but was a very good start. Probably need to keep using it for a bit longer as I think it may be a long term type treatment.
