Perfect addition
I am not an anchovy lover and I found this product to work so well as an addition to the flavor of so many of my pasta dishes. I highly recommend this and it is worth the high price tag.

It goes too quickly
Amazon wants me to review the smell of anchovy extract, but that's probably not the best way to sell this product. This stuff is an acquired taste, but once you acquire it you realize you can't do without. It can make even the simplest of dishes burst with flavor. Seriously, get this. If you don't like it keep using small amounts and by the end of bottle 1 you'll be hooked. This stuff makes even plain rice a treat.
