Wonderful product
I love this supplement! I have never had to increase from one a day to get the regularity desired. Love the mix of soluble and insoluble fiber. No bloating and great results!

Ultra-Fiber Caplets (good size to swallow).
I have been having problems lately and needed a little fiber. Well, I tried these. I only take 1 a day. It helped. Try just 1 and not 4 a day. My God.......One is enough. LOL. They're a great size, not big at all. Easy to swallow.

Good but make me a little gassy
This worked almost a couple hours after I took 5 pills. I usually take Metamucil caplets but these are much cheaper. The only thing I’m not sold on is the fruit fiber and other fibers in this. But for short term I think it’s grrat

Work well but read the instructions.
Received quickly. These are easy to swallow and work well. HOWEVER, they only work well if you increase your water intake. If you don't, these will cause major constipation.
