Good
Great for croissant hand lamination but the cm reading is a bit off

Doesn't stay in place
I needed something that would stay in place so the distance I needed the dough to be would be maintained. This however, did not work because the strips move all over the place and make the rolling of the dough a frustrating job. I was looking forward to using this but sadly I was disappointed.
