Does this come with a battery?

The Shark Shield has an enclosed, non-removable battery. A universal charger is included with the unit. The battery will last 6-7 hours on a charge.

does this come with charger and the case thats in the pictures on the right hand side.

The shark shield freedom 7 comes with a charger and various adapters for different electrical outputs so your covered there. It also comes with a soft case that holds the device connected to a Velcro strap that straps to your leg for diving. I use mine for my kayak that I sleeve whip through the scupper holes and works fine, as for a storing/carrying case its not included with purchase.

I can't find info on how this is worn..where does the "antenna" go... and can you get shocked yourself?

The product is worn on the ankle and the antenna trails along behind you, and yes you can get a bit of zap if you touch the antenna, however its more than manageable to not let this occure.
