I would drink it just for the flavor but it has legit health benefits..Whaaaaaaa?
These are a daily for my wife and I. The flavor is on par with any ghost product. It tastes as good as any energy drink- if you're looking for a non-caff drink with a lot of flavor and health benefits to boost. Being in packets, you can imagine the transport/traveling benefits that come from being in convenient single packets. Being in our 40's and 50's, it's important to take care of your skin. We definitely enjoy glow our skin has and love waking up with noticeably longer nails and hair. But... if you don't care about all of that, IT TASTES REAAALLLLY GOOD!!!!

I love Ghost sticks. Great additive for water. I can drink more water with a good taste. I believe it has helped my skin and I feel better over all. I would recommend these to anyone.

Wow that's a lot of flavor
This is a decent product although I don't love the flavor as much as I wanted to, but after mixing it with Oat milk, it is much better. Quite strong flavor, and if you enjoy your taste buds exploding with the first drink, then you will love this.

Old formula!
I miss the old formula! It did AMAZING things to my skin. I kept searching and searching for the original glow and was eventually told it was discontinued and replaced with a new formula. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and I can DEFINITELY say it is NOT like the original. My poor skin misses the original ghost glow and I'm sooo sad. The flavor of this is good, but what's the point in continuing to purchase if it doesn't do what I want it to?!!
