I bought this steam cleaner to help deep clean floors, tiles and other areas around the house without relying on lots of cleaning chemicals. After using it for several weeks, I have been genuinely impressed with the results. It has made cleaning feel much quicker and more effective. What impressed me most is the cleaning performance. The steam is powerful enough to loosen dirt and grime from hard floors and bathroom surfaces with very little effort. Areas that normally require lots of scrubbing became much easier to clean. The results were noticeable straight away. I also really like the overall build quality and materials. Everything feels sturdy and well made, from the main unit to the attachments and floor cleaning kit. The microfibre pads attach securely and feel durable. It definitely has the quality you would expect from Kärcher. Another thing I appreciated is how easy the machine is to use. The setup is straightforward and the attachments are simple to switch between when moving from floors to smaller cleaning jobs. The controls are easy to understand. It feels very user-friendly. The 1-litre tank provides a useful amount of steam before needing a refill. Once heated, I was able to clean several areas without interruption. The steam output remained consistent throughout use. That made larger cleaning sessions much more convenient. I also think it offers excellent value for money. The cleaning performance, included accessories and overall quality make it feel like a worthwhile investment. It has already reduced the need for several separate cleaning products. That is a nice bonus. The yellow and black colour scheme also gives it a professional appearance. It looks smart and instantly recognisable as a Kärcher product. The design is practical and attractive. It feels like a premium appliance. I am extremely happy with this steam cleaner. The materials feel high quality, the cleaning performance is excellent and it represents great value for money. It has become one of my most-used cleaning tools. I would definitely recommend it.

When my last steamer finally took its last, steamy breath, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I love the Karcher range and find them to be the best products on the market. I was torn between the SC1 (£80) and SC2 (£100). After weighing up my options, i decided to go for the SC2 as it had a much larger tank and I felt that it would be easier to hold the light hose and wheel the steamer around, rather than hold a heavier handheld steamer. I am so pleased with my choice! This is honestly the most impressive steam cleaner that I have ever owned! There are multiple attachments and everything stores neatly onto the steamers base, which is an excellent design. Although it is still on the larger side, it is much easier to store with everything compact. It fits in my small storage cupboard. The device itself advises around 6 minutes for the tank to heat up. I found it heated up in around 3 minutes - bonus! The tools work for every single household chore. I have even used the larger brush tool with the cover on it for cleaning my kitchen cupboards- which are now gleaming. I have included a before and after of my back door also, to really show the power of this machine. I used no cleaning solution, just the bush head and the mighty power of steam, and my door is good as new! There was some debris that did make its way onto my tiles, etc, but it was nothing a quick going over with the steam attachment mop couldn't fix. You do have to hold in the trigger continuously and there is no lock function to make the steam exit the tool without me pressing the button, so my hand did get slightly cramped using it on bigger jobs, but it is an excellent safety feature none the less. The device itself also will not allow the water valve to open when it is too hot- another amazing safety feature, but can add time to cleaning if you need to refill the water tank. Overall, the device is extremely easy to use and has produced magnificent results. I am so impressed with my purchase and really feel that I will get the use out of this. No surface is safe now from me and my steamer! Even the kitchen bins have been steamed ! It will really cut down on overusing harsh chemical cleaning products in the long run, too. I really can't recommend this model highly enough to anyone torn on their decision to purchase this. It has made short work out of cleaning tasks, and I honestly wish I had bought it sooner!

Never heard of a steam cleaner before black friday. Have very muddy dogs who rub dirt and muck on all walls and door/door frames. This is like a magic wand. No more cif on a rough sponge and hours of work. You do need a bath towel or a few rags to wipe the dirt and water off but thats a whole lot easier than scrubbing. Used to hate cleaning. This could have saved me years worth of elbow grease. Furniture, cooker, bathroom, kitchen tops, floors, walls, air fryer, doors, windows, bicycle - all like new. I'm even using it to clean engine parts. Only advice - buy extra cloth covers and wire brush attachments. I was so glad I did. And definitely don't accidentally pour boiling water into it when it's plugged in unless you want to be Screamy McMeltface - it comes out like the Ole Faithful geyser. Karcher - used their power washers for years and wouldn't use any other - absolute beast, that and the warranty is always honoured no fuss. A good company.

Very disappointed. Was hoping it would make my life easier and clean the shower doors and tiled floor in the bathroom but it took longer and not nearly a good a job as what I can do. I think it would work well cleaning the inside frame of a upvc window but, for the money, it’s just not worth it and will be returning.

So used this a couple times so far arrived fast ,ok package was a black mark on machine itself but overall packed well no instructions no jug to fill machine but was easy enough to set up and do . First thing I used it on was door frames works amazing the shower amazing again and then the floors again amazing the only problems I have it no place to wrap wire up to put away no window to show where water level is and no off button heat up time is about 5 mins

The EasyFix floor kit makes swapping pads super simple, and the microfiber cover leaves everything looking spotless without chemicals. The 1L tank is a good size—I can clean a whole area without constantly refilling. Lightweight, easy to handle, and surprisingly fun to use. Honestly, I don’t know how I managed without it. Highly recommend!

I kept my eye on these, did my research and was lucky to nab this for £89 in the black friday sales. It cuts through the grease on the cooker hood and oven with ease. I can steam my bathroom tiles and prevent any mould growth. It takes around 5 minutes to come to pressure but it's very effective in what it does easily has 20 minutes of steam time. There's no more scrubbing involved. Super pleased with this steamer. Everything looks and feels brighter and cleaner.

I used this when it first arrived and it did an ok job, although I was not as impressed with the packaging as it looked a bit crammed in and the bags for each individually wrapped item inside were all only half on. I wondered if it had been a returned item. Next time I used it, (months after buying) I noticed that one of the extender pipes was cracked in several places. I don't know if I'd ever need to use it with 2 extensions, but I wasn't impressed. Wont be buying Karcher again.

I expected more cleaning results. I'm not happy with the purchase.
