Affordable computer, great quality & durability!
Great computer. Quality and durability is incredible. I was nervous about purchasing a refurbished laptop but so far so good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable computer that has all the basic functions. No bells and whistles like touch screen and screen bending to use like an iPad or something, works for me. Love it! Updated review! My laptop started to shut down unexpectedly and a few keys came off of the keyboard. I immediately contacted the seller. They were extremely helpful in helping me. They were very responsive and sent me a replacement laptop after I returned the first one. The new laptop is 2 inches bigger and I didn’t even request that ☺️ They have great customer service and I would definitely purchase from them again. Great laptop, everything is working just fine! This is a fantastic laptop.
My last few laptops has been a Lenovo and this one didn't disappoint. It's such a great laptop. I learned almost a week after I purchased it, I learned that it is touchscreen. What a pleasant surprise.

BE AWARE: Does not have touchscreen despite being advertised as such.
One more time, the Amazon web description of this laptop said that it had touchscreen capability. The laptop I got did not have touchscreen. This was the 4th Lenovo T490 I ordered from Amazon's vendors. I called the Customer Service to complain. At the end. I did keep this laptop because: 1. I do need a computer for a job. I want THIS type of computers and I KNOW that they do indeed come with touchscreen. 2. I got tired of dealing with it.

Great Deal!
Needed a portable Windows laptop and got this for a great price. I selected this seller as the condition of the laptop was listed as excellent - and it looks brand new. The Windows PowerCFG utility shows the battery has gone through only 37 cycles. The laptop also shipped with a 512 GB SSD drive - rather than the listed 256 GB drive. It was loaded with Windows 10 Pro which seemed fine. I reimaged the laptop to Windows 11 Pro from a bootable USB drive - with no issues. I do wish it had a back lite keyboard.

Mostly what I expected for this price range
Started up with what looks like a clean Windows 10 start, with the immediate opportunity to goto Windows 11. Took awhile updating (one of the optional firmware updates from lenovo was a bit tricky) but after seems to be running Windows 11 fairly well. One of the USB-C is really loose from plugging and unplugging, but luckily it's not the Thunderbolt. I was actually surprised that it had two USB-C's capable of handling display in this price range. So far all the other keys and ports seem to work. Battery lasts about 2 hours running at full. Lighter than the laptop it is replacing. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8365U CPU @ 1.60GHz Installed RAM: 16 GB (15.7 GB usable) Local Disk 236 GB (about 50% used with base install of my apps)

Amazon refurbished very good as usual.
No issues so far after a month or so. Fast and does what I ask of it. I use it for office as a writer and this as well as music are good Wi-Fi is fine. Bluetooth is excellent. Fills my needs.

Works well. A good solid machine.
A few weeks have gone by and so far I am happy with this purchase. The laptop has some slight wear on the tracking pad but it works well, looks good, and it has been handling video files like a pro. The touch screen seems a bit gimmicky, and I haven't figured out where it might be useful but perhaps in time it will become more clear to me. The Lenovo is a solid machine and a workhorse for processing my videos. Very happy!

I unboxed this laptop and it looked brand new. No scuffs or wear. Zero. It functions perfectly, its fast and does everything well. It's only been a week of ownership, but I feel lucky to have bought it. I think you should buy one.

Good Purchase
I received the think pad in perfect condition, it looked brand new. Everything was downloaded as stated for Windows 11 and set up was easy. I am very satisfied with the thinkpad , it's exactly what I needed for surfing the web and online shopping, banking and email.
